Well the neighbours have been doing the right thing..so I think someone must have come around and said something again to them..He is still chained up..I guess there is no law on that..but she is looking healthier but I will be watching.
I didn't ring as I couldn't manage to catch the RSPCA open but I sent an email.
Ex..conveniently rang last Friday to say he was going to footy ( sons match ) that night and working Sat and maybe it would be best for Miss 9 to stay with me..I thought , here we go again..he will call the police again..but my friend was home and yelled out " I'm a witness". so she got to stay home over night but when she arrived home from school she was very nervous when I told her as she thought she would get in trouble from him for not going..
He rang to pick her up after work on Sat at 1pm. He was cranky as 13 yr old son hung up on him when he first rang. He said he was going to ring my parents and my boss!! I told him to have fun with it.
He is a royal pain. I can't wait unitl Miss 9 is older and I can sever all contact with him.

I`ve found the best way to deal with ex`s when they swap and change things to suit them, is to keep it all in a diary...That way if it does have to go back to court or the ex rings the police on you it`s all documented...Plus it jolts your memory on what happened that particular day....
Unfortunately when kids are involved I don`t think you can never not see an ex...They`ll always be there ....The only good thing is it will get less and less when the kids are older....
