Well school is back today..Yay!!! Managed to get them all out on time..
Thanks for the support with EX..nice and quiet at moment ..his not having the phone connected is a blessing. He has been over with eldest son..made some comments but we just ignored him. ( He is really upset over garden..eldest son told me)
My neighbours ( not very nice people) have a friends dog..the rspca has been but they are not feeding it again. It is chained up 24/7, skinny and dirty. It howls because it is hungry.
I received a letter from the council about my dogs!! I think people are confusing my dog with my neighbours. the ranger said he knows my dogs are not bad but he has to follow up on complaints and nothing would be done unless 3 neighbours are willing to go to court to testify about my dogs..This really annoys me..
My dogs do not bark/howl all day/night..only if someone comes to our house and then briefly.
My neighbours have a starving dog and nobody cares..
what is wrong with people here??

Yes I agree I have had rangers here about my dogs which don't bark for no reason but nothing seems to be done about neighbours dogs which bark for hours of a night two or three nights a week.

That is dreadful about your neighbors dog. If people are going to have pets they should look after them.

Glad to hear that the kids got off to school ok...
As for the ex my god he needs to get over the garden....It`s yours now and do what you want with it woman....
As for the dog I would try and video it or record it at least...Some people should never have pets and by the sounds of your neighbour , maybe they need chaining up 24/7 and not feed for a few days....See if they won`t howl then....
hello. my neighbours dogs make noise all the time but at least they are looked after. owner makes just as much noise. :( i wear earplugs to bed now. oh well. yes maybe get other neighbours to speak up with you. get photos, i don't know. it's bad isn't it when something like this goes on and nothing is done. keep plugging away if you can. good the ex is quiet atm. hope it keeps up. take care. bfn :)
