BOPO CARDS

I have often wanted a credit card for convenience but resisted as I did not want to be in debt..a thing to easy to happen with credit.

A friend told me about Visa Bopo Cards. They are prepaid. I applied at the local Newspower Newsagent and had the choice to purchase either a $15.00 standard card or $25 card where I could download my own picture of choice.

I chose the standard but could chose a pink one for breast cancer where Bopo donate $5 from my purchase to the Australian Breast Cancer foundation. I hopped online, filled out all the bits and pieces and within a week received my card!!

I can load it at the newsagent with my money and can now use it as a normal Visa card. ( there are some fees but very reasonable I think compared to the interest rates that I would incur if I didn't pay my purchases off in the month.)

I can only spend what I have on it and its great !!

I am going to get one for Nic for emergencies and leave $50.00 on it. I think it will be very handy.

Hello lil harry,
Sound like a wonderful idea those cards. I bet many people could use those much cheaper than most other cards......great idea of having to have money first.
Take care,
Margaret
