Nic has handed in her notice at the supermarket where she has been working for the last 4 years.
She was window shopping with a Uni friend after doing obversations at a local primary school. The owner of a clothing shop asked them what they were up too. They explained they were studying at Uni, primary and preschool teaching. She asked Nic if she would be interested in babysitting for her.
Nic came home and thought about it and rang her and went in the next day to talk. She ended up staying for 4 hrs and now is going to be babysitting a 4 month old for the owner in the shop after Uni a few days a week.
The owner is willing to be flexible with her hours so it looks good for Nic..she will quickly work out if this is what she is wanting to do!!LOL..
Whether it remains long term or not , at least she will get experience. Lots of it!!

Well she certainly will be getting the experience....Hopefully it`s a good baby otherwise it just may put her off.....

you are right, she'll find out if that's what she wants to do. all good. sounds like she will like it though. :) hope everything is good with you.
I think more young girls should do some babysitting of babies it might put them off having their own baby.
Hope she doesn't find it to stressful as all as mums know looking after a baby can.
