Brand Names

I have been very lucky with my children not wanting the latest and best..I did say..have been..

17yr old son now works at a surf shop and naturally has all their clothes..he gets a good discount.

13 yr old son since starting high school has become more particular. He likes black clothing but never really minded the brand. Now he does. It is hard to make him realise that his brother is working for it!

He says he will go get a job..but he is 9mths too young.

Luckily big brother let us know when the shoes he likes were more than 50% off and held a pair for him. I picked them up today. Now I just have to convince son he has to grow into them.

I bought the next size up as he has a perfectly pr of good shoes for now and I know he will ditch them if he could. ( He chose them out before school started)

I have also picked up some clothes he needed for winter on Ebay. ( he has grown again!! pants are all half mast!!)

I have explained that unless I can get them ( brand names) cheap off Ebay or from sales or big brothers discount ( he only gets a few a month and is generous to share), he can forget it.

I don't care though if he wears out the clothes I buy over and over , at least it will be good value.

I won't be buying much for him anymore unless he is with me..getting too fussy..

and this post is just on son..lets not even get onto Miss Fashion 9yr Old!!!!!!!!!!!!
