Well it seems I am getting on in years...
I had to go and see a skin specialist today. I had a growth on my stomach that needed checking out. the good news is that it is very unlikely to be cancerous and the bad news was that it is an age spot of types!! He said it would likely just spread and be annoying so off it must come. He had a spot for tomorrow and so back I will go.
I am not looking forward to it. He said he could cut it out and it would need stitches or scrape it off and the latter would be best. They both will be somewhat painful..with a few weeks to mend..OUCH!!
He likened it to a ship with rust spots that spread if not removed..just great.. I am rusting out..LOL..
Luckily my work are very accomodating and will let me start early and leave early again..They are so good..

lol....Don`t worry we`re all in that catergory...I get paranoid these days by any new spots that appear....Always having them checked out just to be on the safe side....

Yeah I have age spots and I remember when I got my first one I didn't know what it was and when the doctor told me it was an age spot I thought dam I must be getting older now.
I still only feel 20........
