I have to swear..actually I have been..

Its EX's access weekend..he rang 2 days ago to say he would be late from work and would ring from work as he was leaving. OK I said.

He rings my mobile at work today ( 2 PM) and says he is going to sons footy match and maybe she would like to stay with me and come over tomorrow. I said I would ask her.

I ask and yes , she would like to stay at home with me.

At 5 pm he rings from his work, Where are you?? you are not at the designated pick up/drop off point. I say you are at work?? He says he is ring the police.

I ring him back at work and say , hang on a minute you rang earlier..he says ..you texted back ..she would like to come and then come over at lunch sat. I yes she want s to come over to your house on /Sat and she doesn't want to come tonight. He starts threatening me with the police.

At 5.30 pm he rings and she answers phone and he tells her she has to go. I take her. She isn't happy but won't say anything to him as he yells at her she says.

At 6pm , 2 police officers come to my door and ask if i have rang them. I say no. She checks and says he rang and told them to chase me up and to ring him back. He didnt' give them his phone no. I kindly gave them his phone no and address. I hope they go there.

I also received a phone call from my old cleaning employee saying that an aggressive man rang them today saying he was from the CSA and wanted to know all my details. She told him to write an official letter and hung up. She thought it was dodgy so she rang me.

I would like nothing better than to apply for an other AVO but that leaves my 9 yr old right in the middle of the firing line from him.. I won't do it..she is upset enoughas it is..

Sad thing is,....she actually wants to spend time with him and he does this..she says she doesn't likegoing there much anymore because he sleeps and ignores her..yells at her for talking to me on msn..grounds her from the computer and then goes to bed..wakes up and says ..go onthe computer!! She really would like to be able to chose to go..I am going to have to look into this for her. Son was nearly 12 when I applied for him??
